This podcast is so liberating. I never realized I could release my fear of food AND make healthier choices for myself. Before finding Chanci’s podcast, I thought fear, restriction, and discipline were the only choices. Now I see it’s the opposite. Thank you so much for your unique approach and voice!
I love Chanci and this podcast for many reasons but one major one is because she is so real and vulnerable. I appreciate this on many levels. One episode in particular stuck out for me that embodied this and that was the one where she spoke about being at the river with her boyfriend and what came up for her that day and how she worked through it. She is a shining example of someone who is always doing the work and helping and guiding others to do the same.
Chancy gets right into the parts of my brain that automatically want to shame me and she says “you don’t have to do that.” Her style and acceptance helps me orient to a kinder view of myself and my struggles. This really does feel like a chat with a good friend!
She walks it. She’s lived it. She shared what it’s really like. You will feel seen as she shares. I love her energy on this topic, and general radical femininity.
I’ve listened to a few podcasts and they’re all great but this one really spoke to me. Celeste is so sweet and thoughtful and a lot of what was discussed triggered memories from when I was a child. I developed some habits that thankfully I was able to ditch as I got older but it’s interesting how these habits form. Thanks for spreading love, compassion and understanding. You’re doing amazing things in the world.
