brilliant, insightful and creative. I find myself doing reality checks several times an episode because the host so aptly creates such a dreamy ambiance. Love the way he masterfully sets the guest's words to the perfect soundtrack. Anyone interested in lucid dreaming will without a doubt enjoy these stimulating conversations.

Incredible podcast - with a layer of instigating multiple reality checks during each episode based on the dream-like qualities of the production. Having experts in the field of lucid dreaming talking casually and comfortably about their own experiences and potentials of lucid dreaming with another experienced lucid dreamer is amazing and is helping on my own path with conscious dreaming. I highly recommend Jonny Roghair as a next guest. His experience in Psychology, Sociology, Gardening, Athesistic-spiritualness and general manliness could lend an interesting perspective.

This is a fantastic podcast for anyone interested in lucid dreaming. I’ve read quite a bit about it and still found the interviews informative and interesting. Adam is a great interviewer and does a great job getting interesting observations and insights from his guests.

I have listened to every podcast on Lucid Dreaming I could find. This may be the best of them all. Adam Cotton is entertaining and a great interviewer! His guests are first rate! ...but that’s not all folks... the production values are superb! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. Actually I can...This is the first time I have ever donated my hard earned cash to any podcast. I did it to say thanks for the great material, but also hoping to encourage him to make more!

I had been looking for a good podcast on lucid dreaming for a while when I stumbled across this podcast. As far as I can tell, there is nothing else like it around. It is absolutely first-rate. The guests include both well- and lesser-known names in the lucid dreaming world. All are worth listening to, and the host does a great job. Hope there are many more episodes to come.

I enjoy how artfully this podcast is executed. Sounds and music really enhance the discussions and not only am I moved to process the content cognitively, but emotionally as well (important for a MILDer like me ha).

This is a fascinating topic, and the way it is presented here is entertaining and accessible. I have always had lucid dreams, but after listening to the first 3 episodes, I had one where I interacted with a person in a dream. Kudos to the host for teaching me more about lucid dreaming. I’m hooked!

I LOVE this podcast. I’ve listened to 3 episodes so far and I can’t wait to listen to the rest! So far I happen to be one-for-one in the sense that I’ve had 3 lucid dreams since I started listening. So that’s pretty rad. Great guests, mind-expanding topics, great info.
