the self love fix has become part of my daily regime. funny enough, when i first got introduced i did take time to hear but didn’t listen and now years later… i am listening more than ever now. thank you for the “hard and uncomfortable” conversations, the comfort in knowing you are truly not alone and that you never, stop working on yourself if you want to be a healthier, you. (take time to listen
and share with a friend)🤌🏾👏🏾
Ever since the first episode when I started listening last month, I have enjoyed every episode and still listening. Wish I would’ve found back in 2019 but better late than never. So far, the co-dependents episode stuck out to me and I still have hundreds more to go. Hope you’ll do new episodes soon and keep going strong 👏🏾
This lady has taught me SO much! Her words just hit different and I recommend her to ALL of my girlfriends, whether they’re single, dating or married. Also she incorporates God and that makes it 10x better for me.
A must listen for self improvement and betterment as a woman who desires a good life.
Never been a podcast person but this was the first one I decided to give a try on my healing journey and 10/10. There is an episode for everything I think Im feeling and even ones for the things I didn’t even know I was feeling. Beatrice perfectly ties God and faith to the struggles we face daily to show us the application of the foundation the Bible already taught us.
