I don’t think I’m the target audience but I’ve listened to several episodes to get a sense of what I may have told my 20 or 30 year old self. Overall, I think Asha gives well rounded, sound advice. I appreciate that she grounds most of her perspective from a spiritual heart and mindset. However, her episode male compartmentalization was wayyyy off.
