  • A breath of fresh air

I love that this space gets real into the nitty-gritty of conversations that Black women are having. It's one of the few spaces I've seen making a case for what Chat GPT is for (and not for). Love this podcast!

  • Right on time!

When I say I love this podcast I mean it. My first episode was the affirmations episode and it was a banger. I have shared it with many of my friends. I will be using the affirmations to help navigate through my day. I wrote them all down for a quick reference. I am now subscribed. Thank you for all you do ladies!

  • The affirmations to make it feel like a hug.

I kept having to rewind the ending and just repeating the affirmations. My body is magic and I need to remember that especially when I self talk and look in the mirror. I thank you ladies I’ve been listening to this podcast for the past two years and you two have no idea how much you’ve influenced decisions like going to therapy, or even having a better outlook of self. Also, your voices are soothing and I love when Terri refers to the listeners as “Hey Lady” keep giving us gems please.
