Due to having Lynch syndrome and wanting to preserve her fertility while focusing on her career, Mallorie considered egg freezing. She also found that her health insurance provided good coverage for the procedure, making it an easier choice.

Don't overcomplicate it. Focus on a few compound movements and find free resources available online.
