So glad to hear from James Blatch and live this sensible, no-nonsense, and entertaining discussion of the indie author industry
A worthy successor to the SELF PUBLISHING SHOW podcast (with the now reclusive Mark Dawson). James and Clara are plainspoken and offer great advice from the perspective of working indie authors. The podcast rarely has guests, but it doesn’t need them. James and Clara have great chemistry as hosts and make listeners feel comfortable. Highly recommended!
Writing can be a lonely business. It’s great having James and Cara cheering us on. I feel like I’m part of a group with the cool kids. It’s great they share their ups, and downs, as an Indie it’s easy to feel that everyone is doing brilliantly except you. They help me to keep on keeping on. Great work guys!
Cheers

Cara and James have a great chemistry that transfers over the mic. Lots of great information for indie authors and a chuckle or two! Great show!!!
Cara Clare and James Blatch have created a winner podcast. Their mixture of humor and information is a breath of fresh air filled with inspiration, energy and encouragement.
I personally loved the two part episode on how to assemble a winning book. I am still taking notes and checking it against each of my novels.
I would like to see a return of a signature piece in the show - reading and encouraging writers by listing their name, writing goal for the week and actual word count.
