Love the banter between you two sisters! Im loosing my own sister to dementia and your love and humor is a balm! XXO
I enjoy it for the most part but sometimes the deep dive theories are just ridiculous. The most annoying thing is the sheer amount of ads is crazy. The episode doesn’t start until like 7-8 months in between the ads and then shilling their Patrion and then there are more ads throughout the podcast. I’d say probably 20+ minutes of ads
These girls got me more into podcasting and more into fantasy books. Like many, I obsessed over ACOTAR and wanted MORE!! This podcast gave me more and continues to do so as I nerd out over Romantasy novels. They help connect dots that are hard to do on a first read but that make your brain think on everything deeper. It has helped trained my reader’s brain while working through books! I’ve been listening for a couple years now and just want to say thank you to these ladies for their authenticity... more
I am loving listening to the podcast in preparation for Brimstone. It’s been great for a reread - especially since I did not remember a lot since the first time I read it. However, it’s fun to theorize again and pick up on little foreshadowing right before getting the next book.
I used to love them but they have lost me recently. I have to skip like the first 20 minutes. They go too long on very little things. I tried it again after stopping with Spark but I have to stop again. The episodes are way too long. I also miss the old recaps.
