  • Like a book club

I love this podcast. It’s given me a new appreciation for the Mistborn series and Brandon Sanderson’s writing. Hayden is an excellent storyteller and explains the themes, important plot points, and character growth. The dynamic between the hosts is great, it’s clear they get along well and enjoy doing this together.

I am please please please asking for the same for Stormlight archives. I know nobody will do it justice like Hayden and Steven ❤️

  • You make me want to put the book down and listen!!

I have loved reading along with the fellas. Brand new series for me and loved it. There have been moments where I get ahead in the books and my first thought is "omg this is crazy I need to hear stephen's reaction". I get so excited to hear their reaction that I then want to stop reading (which is not easy!) so I can catch up to the podcast. Cannot wait to hear the reactions to the ending!!

  • My new favorite podcast

I stumbled on this podcast and gave it a try because I love the Mistborn books. One listen and I was hooked on Hayden and Steven’s literary analysis and madcap humor. These two have buddy comedy chemistry and are so entertaining, with bonus points awarded for having great speaking voices to listen to. I’m looking forward to their next season with DCC-although I’d honestly listen to them discuss the tax code. They’d make even that hilarious and fun.

  • A fun visit to Mistborn

I’ve read the books, and started listening to remind myself of what took place. I think the dynamic between one person being new to the books and one person informed has given this show a great feel. Since there is the second whole Mistborn era/series, I hope you continue in the Sanderson universe for future seasons.
