You guys don’t come across as reading the books more than once. You get tons of stuff wrong. And the guy that’s on his first listen seems to have a better grasp than the ones that are on multiple listens.
I had to stop on episode 6 or 7 I think. I was constantly yelling at my radio because so much was incorrect. If you are gonna review a book, take notes so you don't sound like you didn't even read it.
I absolutely love Hello Crawlers. Their interpretation of the text feels like Method Man breaking down The Wire—sharp, insightful, and seriously entertaining. It’s such a fun way to revisit these amazing books and makes the wait for A Parade of Horribles much easier. Keep it up!
Entertaining and a good balance of hosts.
I’m not sure how I feel about this podcast yet. I am through the first few episodes and they spend a lot of time talking about the narrator of the audiobooks. I read the books so a lot of this was not interesting to me. If you listened to the books I could see where this podcast would be interesting but I would prefer listening to more content about the actual stories.
