This week, we're playing Supermassive's latest interactive horror movie-game-thing, which we played in a bunch of different ways, some less recommended than others. Also, we discuss the genre's origins in FMV at length, because ... of course we do. more
Neon White is a speedrunning game for people who've never tried speedrunning, a Dreamcast-like game for folks who never owned a Dreamcast, and a visual novel for gamers who rather play than read. It's a ball of contradictions and easily one of the be... more

Whether you are casually interested in only a niche genre of video game or you’re a hog wild elite pro gamer, there is something for you here. Hosted by a very fun group of characters with a good mix of interests. Just positive, funny, easy listening. Five stars! P.S. - the Resties episodes rule!! (Will that get my name read in the “thank you” portion, Russ)
For the incredibly low hanging fruit of a video game podcast, the besties is entertaining but is hamstrung by it’s sour nature. more
I normally like the McElroy brothers and friends, but I'm just not sure I want to listen to them talk about microtransaction games. They are pretty much anathema to gameplay and other content, bending all aspects of a game towards money that should have been just spent when you bought the game. Besides that they also talk about a lot of stuff like call of duty (though that and microgames aren't the only thing they speak of) that I don't really follow. They are funny, but the content is rough.
These goofballs always make me a little happier while I listen. Even the ads are somehow not annoying. 💚
Big fan of the Friday shows, and the addition of the Resties was a big win for the program. My only gripe is that the Resties isn’t a weekly thing.
