This is hands down the best Podcast I have ever listened to. Facts are the Facts. Great job! Michael is innocent and that is a FACT! I will say it. Michael was obviously set up. What a tragedy for Michael and his family.
Very well done podcast. After completion- my conclusion is he would not be convicted today- I’m not even sure a D.A. Would bring the case. This is not to say he did or didn’t do it - there are just too many unknowns. Again - great story and worth a listen.

The case was interesting, but it felt like the host didn’t really fact check a number of claims that people speaking to him made. Maybe he did but if so it wasn’t really in the podcast. My takeaway here is that almost no one in this podcast is a reliable narrator although it doesn’t seem like the case against Chapel is very sure. I would’ve also liked to have seen it explore a little less of the conspiracy idea of the prosecution and more of the momentum idea - often it seems like cases like thi... more
