  • The podcast I never knew I needed.

Love the dynamic between the hosts, Adam and Jess. Their REAL (relevant, experiential, authentic, leader) conversations are perfect for me as both a coach, and even more broadly as an entrepreneur or business professional. They hit on so many key points that I know, but don't act on. There are great book recommendations throughout, in addition to the take aways from each episode. Do yourself a favor and dive in!

The Power of Clarity in Coaching with Maria Di Poce
Q: What's next for you in this progression?
I'm onboarding more clients and exploring a partnership with a large organization (about 30,000 members) to build a targeted coaching program, with a goal of reaching substantial income while maintaining alignment and quality.
The Power of Clarity in Coaching with Maria Di Poce
Q: What would you tell someone who is on the fence about joining I Love Coaching?
I'd tell them they're thinking too small. The opportunity to impact more people and build a real coaching business is enormous, and the investment will pay off when they commit to the process and the accountability it provides.
The Power of Clarity in Coaching with Maria Di Poce
Q: What has surprised you most about the process after six to seven months?
I realized I had all the information inside me already but needed the right framework and community to extract and apply it. The key surprise was the simplicity and effectiveness of following a proven model, which made scaling feel feasible rather than overwhelming.
The Power of Clarity in Coaching with Maria Di Poce
Q: Tell us who you coach and what your business looked like before you joined the I Love Coaching community.
I predominantly coach real estate agents doing 20-35 units a year who lack systems and models; accountability in implementing those systems is key. Before joining, I hadn't clearly defined my avatar and worried I would exclude potential clients, which made outreach and messaging ineffective.
More Time, More Impact: Redefining Success in Coaching with Dan DeMott
Q: How did the Real Coach Method blueprint impact his results?
It provided clarity and a streamlined, actionable framework to identify the audience, articulate the problem and solution, and close clients, enabling rapid income replacement and growth.
