  • Great topics, okay delivery

I like the content of the pod, but it just sounds like she’s reading off of a script. It sounds so forced. I’m sure it’s harder to be natural when recording alone, but it feels like she’s a kid reading a book report. I do enjoy the topics!

  • Great content; hate the voice

I’ve listened to many episodes now/ and I couldn’t let another listen go by without mentioning the grating voice with the high pitched lilts just gets on my last nerve. For a podcast, sound is everything. I highly suggest Vivian works on her voice for a more radio sound. She has excellent content and guests- but I may have to give up listening just due to the voice alone.

  • Politics

Very disappointed to listen to someone bash the president of the United States. It doesn’t matter what political party you stand with you can still respect one another. This was completely embarrassing. I was a fan of this show until the latest episode.

Should Gen Z Even Bother Buying a House? The Real Numbers Exposed
Q: What do you think these young buyers need to be thinking about when deciding to rent or buy?
Amanda explains that affordability, how long you plan to stay, and lifestyle needs are the core considerations, not just the math; she adds that the decision should be future-planned with a clear sense of one's life trajectory and goals beyond shelter.
How GLP-1s Are Reshaping the Economy and Who's Really Paying for It
Q: If airplanes need less gas to fly because people are getting lighter, are savings on gas for my car worth factoring in as an offset of GLP-1 prices?
Yes and no. You will save some fuel costs with less weight, but the savings are unlikely to cover the monthly cost of GLP-1s unless the weight loss is substantial and sustained long-term.
Why Everything Costs More Right Now (And What's Actually Driving It)
Q: Which credit card offers the most benefits for everyday spending?
If you don't travel or dine out heavily, a cashback card with broad 2% returns or a mix of 2-5% category-based returns can maximize savings; consider a blanket 2% card for simplicity.
Why Everything Costs More Right Now (And What's Actually Driving It)
Q: How can I lower my medical bills?
Use resources like Fair Health Consumer to check costs, look for CPT code errors, and negotiate with providers for discounts or relief programs; consider hospital price transparency tools when uninsured.
Why Everything Costs More Right Now (And What's Actually Driving It)
Q: Should I get a side hustle to help out with my cost of living?
Choose side hustles with low upfront costs and barriers to entry, so you can test what you enjoy without heavy investment or risk, and avoid costly commitments like leasing a car.
