  • A big disappointing shift

I’ve been a longtime listener of My First Million, and what initially drew me in was the balance between entrepreneurial insight, real business case studies, and authentic, sometimes contrarian conversations. It felt like sitting in on genuinely valuable discussions — part entertainment, part education.

Lately, though, the show seems to have drifted into “get rich quick” territory. There’s been a noticeable shift toward shallow business ideas, viral trends, and rapid-fire brainstorming sessions... more

  • Raw milk

Hearing these guys talk about being excited to consume raw milk because it has warnings on it declaring Not Safe for Human Consumption and that appeals to their rebellious souls has me losing faith for humanity. What a deeply irresponsible thing to advocate for to such a large audience when the research leaves no room for doubt that raw milk is exceedingly dangerous.

  • My favorite podcast

I've been listening for a few years and I'm still hooked. Sam and Shaan are great together and they talk about business in a way that feels accessible to me, while others are a bit too "inside baseball." Even with their success, they're still curious and enthusiastic, almost like beginners, which I really enjoy.
