  • Worthless

Nothing of value is created here, only trying to parasitically latch on to what you hope is the next big thing, not to create a better world, but only to better yourself.

This episode is torture. Howie must have said “like”’ over a million times! Makes the episode unlistenable and he loses all his credibility as a business person as he has a middle school vocabulary. One sentence had 5 “likes”

  • This podcast is a godsend—and I don’t even believe in god!

So, so happy to have stumbled across this show. Greg is now my constant workout buddy. He’s inspired me with so many practical ideas as I, a non coder, am about to bring my first product to market. Could t have done it without him

  • Back in the days

Once the best podcast on the planet, but now it’s all click bait titles, moneymaking lies and literally nothing of value.

I miss the old Greg who loved to brainstorm. The Greg that ignited thousands of people to create stuff. To just do stuff. For those just started listening. Go back to the old episodes. Those are gold. Those are different. You can find what Greg does now everywhere, but the old Greg was unique.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Hermes Agent App Clearly Explained (and how to use it)
Q: How should a new user approach cron jobs and prompts to maximize success with Hermes?
Start with reverse prompting: brain dump your goals and interests, then generate a precise, structured prompt that asks the agent to perform a designed routine (e.g., a morning brief) with clear time, data sources, and formatting requirements for reliable results.
Hermes Agent App Clearly Explained (and how to use it)
Q: Alex, by the end of this episode, explain to me why I need to get Hermes Desktop.
The core value is that Hermes Desktop and Hermes Agent provide organized sessions, profiles, and artifacts that cut costs and increase productivity; by using multiple models and subagents, you can automate complex tasks, discover opportunities, and prototype business ideas efficiently, ultimately turning agent power into tangible ROI.
Andrew Wilkinson: AI Agents run my business and life
Q: What have you learned about the practicality of autonomous AI in running a business today?
Autonomous AI is powerful for specific, well-defined tasks (support, data analysis, routine operations) but still requires human guidance and governance; full autonomy is not yet reliable across complex, multi-actor environments.
This Solopreneur Called Me to Fix His $20k/mo SaaS
Q: Should Jack focus on solopreneurs or existing small businesses as the core ICP?
The guests suggest focusing on the segment that lights up Jack personally while ensuring the product and messaging scale; a dual-path approach is possible, but initial focus should be on a clearly defined audience to maximize retention and growth.
This Solopreneur Called Me to Fix His $20k/mo SaaS
Q: What is the biggest lever to improve retention right now?
Increase perceived value through targeted pricing and messaging, plus building a community around the product so users feel connected and supported, which reduces churn and drives loyalty.
