I was just scrolling through the list of episodes and were shocked by the fact that they’re all men! Please broaden your horizons and keep up with the times we’re living in. As a business owner and highly successful and dedicated career woman myself this is not only extremely disappointing but completely unacceptable. Your interviews and episodes are very capturing and well researched but shouldn’t be reduced to a male dominated narrative.
Easily one of the most inspiring podcasts ever. David does a great job of setting the stage as he does with “Founders” only here you get to now hear directly from the source with a focus on more of the interpersonal and “behind closed doors” side of business. My go to every morning since finding it.
The surface looks different. The fundamentals don’t.
That’s what David Senra has been showing us, episode after episode. Read enough founder biographies and you start seeing it everywhere — the obsessive focus, the standards no one else can stomach, the decades of innovating that build something durable.
David has done the reading so you don’t have to, and what he pulls out is the stuff that actually transfers.
Thank you, David. This is a real education, delivered by someone who clearly love... more
I used to think of founders as a podcast. Now I see it for what it is, the ultimate guide to entrepreneurship, creativity, and life. Thank you david, you’ve made me unmeasurablely wiser and more equipped to chase my wildest dreams. David Senra is just an extension of this but even more poignant. I saw some reviews saying you may talk to much but I think they can’t see that you are in this class of champions and how much you are adding. I honestly really enjoy learning more about your perspective... more
As a long time listener of founders, I was pretty sure that I would enjoy this podcast - but I don’t just enjoy it… I absolutely love it. David has an ability to draw out the most valuable insights - and is probably the most willing person that I know in drilling down on the smallest aspects that can actually have the biggest impact. Throughly recommend
