While I like the show the amount of commercials is making me shut it down doesn’t seem like it’s more than five minutes when there’s another round of commercials. Thanks Jenny but I’m going elsewhere lots of podcasts to listen to out there I will not waste my time for countless commercials.

I lost my husband August 1st 2024. He went to the hospital for extreme shoulder pain. He was in the hospital for two weeks. He died in the hospital. It was an aggressive cancer. We were married almost 24 years. Together 27 years. I’ve had to learn so many things I never had to worry about because my husband took care of it. I had to learn how to mow the grass the mower. The big mower looked like this big huge thing I have to figure out. Everything was so scary. The toilet broke , the electrical ... more

Maria Menounos Says This Test Saved Her Life
Q: Maria, when you were grieving the loss of your mom, were you able to go through it and come out on the other side, or did you have to compartmentalize it like Allison?
Maria explains that she initially sat with the grief and later sought support through community and tools like EMDR, which helped her move through the pain and find a new sense of purpose and identity.
Men Only Want Me For Sex…How Do I Change That?
Q: How do I tell these men, stop trying to get to the third date so we can have sex?
Be direct about your state of the union on sex: explain that you want companionship and emotional connection to unfold slowly and that sex will happen when it feels right for you, making it clear that rushing to sexual milestones isn't resonant with your values.
Men Only Want Me For Sex…How Do I Change That?
Q: Okay, final thoughts for women that are like me, that don't know what to ask men on a date. What are two questions I should ask on the first date?
The guest suggests asking organic, simple questions about the other person's season in relationships, what resonates in their life, and what day-to-day activities they enjoy, keeping questions light and low-pressure while acknowledging the awkwardness of first meetings. The emphasis is on curiosity, mutual discovery, and narrative transparency without pre-programmed interrogations.
Hair Empire Founder Chaz Dean Knew WEN To Trust His Gut
Q: Did you always listen to your intuition, even when others doubted you?
Yes, I trusted that inner pull and acted on it, even when it meant taking risks like moving locations and starting a new brand direction.
Help! I’m Struggling With Intimacy After My Divorce
Q: How do you open up to intimacy after a breakup or long period of being single, especially when past hurts are involved?
Go slow and build a rhythm resonant to you, asking yourself how you feel around the person and whether you feel safe. Maintain emotional diversification so your self-worth isn't tied to one relationship, and trust your intuition to pace and adjust as needed.
