I really wanted to give this show a chance. I know that any show’s initial run is going to have things that need to be worked out, but I had to unsubscribe. I’m not hearing improvements in the formatting or in Kristin’s hosting.
Is anyone in production paying attention to the reviews? Are they listening to the episodes and providing feedback? All the criticism that’s been provided here from listeners is constructive and mentions the same issues that could be corrected: Kristin t... more
I had to turn it off. Why are these women so angry and dramatic about literally everything ? Just live your life - it's not that hard
Something I noticed with lotsa podcasts is how the host interrupts and is over excited when interviewing. It comes off as juvenile and unprofessional. Those kind of people have no self awareness or simply don’t care to improve their interviewing skills. Kristin is one of them. Also Iheart has the most ads, desperate much?
So I'm going to echo what most have already said - I love Kristin - but her unfortunate habit of talking over people and going from topic to topic with no particular organizing framework to work within makes this very difficult to listen to. It's too frenetic and chaotic for my taste many times.
And the amount of ads is just too much
As a SATC fan I want to like this but Kristan completely monopolizes the conversation never giving her guests a chance to talk. The constant high-pitched laughter is almost unbearable. I felt bad for Kyle who never got a word in. Most of the reviewers agree so do better.
