Only thing I’d suggest is for the host to not talk so much and let his guest speak more
I have been in the field just shy of 4 years. I just turned 29 years old. I try to learn from anywhere i can. I am a big fan of Refer guy he’s helped me out on jobs just by listening to what he says or remembering.
No matter what part of the pipe trades industry your in, you should be listening to this guy. Mike has allot of great things to say and very informative.
Mike does a great job with this podcast. A must listen for anyone in the trades.
Mike is super knowledgeable, but more importantly, a wonderful person. His inside trade perspective is invaluable and there might not be another HVAC Tech more connected with the trade community in North America.
