This is my absolute favorite podcast! Tracy and Holly are wonderful storytellers and they choose topics that often engage with current events in ways that deepens my understanding of what’s going on at the moment. At other times, the scoop up a thrilling or even silly story that entertain me while doing household chores or driving long distances. Regardless of the scenario in which I am listening, though, the hosts create a warm, inviting and inclusive space that I’m always happy to sit in.
Long time (decade plus!) listener, and I love everything about the show except the number of ads (and their repetition) in a single episode has gotten unbearable. Hearing the same long ad read 2-3 times in a single episode is annoying
I have been listening to SYMIHC for years now. Since prior to 2018, maybe earlier. In early 2024, I finally started listening to the entire show from the beginning. As of December 2025, I’m finally almost back into the 2020’s! I love this podcast and highly recommend it to anyone who will listen.
I thoroughly enjoy this podcast that makes learning about obscure history so much fun. I especially look forward to “Unearthed”, quarterly episodes that update me on archaeological finds and shipwrecks of every kind, from any time period.
This is my FAVORITE podcast!! Not only are these ladies fabulous but I’ve learned sooo much .. Only 112 episodes until Iam caught up 😜🤣
