I really love Sophie’s take on holding a grudge and her voice is so calming and reassuring. It feels like having a conversation with a wise friend. Just love it - lots of thought-provoking topics and the guests are great too - showing differences of opinion which helps shape my own. Brilliant! ❤️
I LOVE this podcast it’s always so interesting with some great ways of looking and dealing with difficult or upsetting situations. I really like Sophie’s guests too they also bring a great deal to the table. It’s so refreshing to listen to 2 people who sometimes have a difference of opinion discuss it in an open, honest and non-judgemental way. There is also a lot humour too. All this and Sophie writes great thrillers 🙂 Thank you
I love this podcast. Sophie is a natural presenter and I always find something useful to take away from each and every episode.
Sophie Hannah is not only a master wordsmith; she is also a highly entertaining person! I’ve read her book, How to Hold a Grudge, three times — and recommended it to several of my psychotherapy clients. The book is funny and brilliantly executed. Sophie Hannah HEAVEN!” She has fantastically clever guests and the conversations are lo... more
I love this podcast!! I am listening to season five right now despite the fact I’ve been spotty with 3 and 4, but I really have to say 5 is just outstanding! I’m so impressed you’ve pulled this off so well. I remember at the beginning wondering if you would run out of material but wow!! Not even close. I recommend it to friends all the time! Of course what hooked me was the super catchy title! Heard first on CBC.
