  • Every episode is a gem.

I listen to a lot of health-centered podcasts and often it feels like some of them repeat themselves or cover limited topics. Sydona is in a league of her own. She knows a lot about the under appreciated areas in the wellness world, in addition to the heavy hitting, general issues most of us have faced. It always feels like something I’ve never heard before somehow. I’m a new listener and am already so impressed. Keep it up!!!

84. Mold Toxicity to Full Recovery: Reclaiming Your Immune System
Q: So with that, what was the first thing you did that really moved the needle forward in your healing?
Hypnotherapy and breathwork to access the nervous system, followed by shorter Kundalini practices; these helped rewire trauma responses and calm the limbic system, which then allowed physical improvements to follow.
86. Trauma Healing and Functional Medicine Working Together for Real Change
Q: How do you combine energy work with practical healing for digestive issues?
By addressing emotional processing and nervous system safety, not just dietary changes; energy work helps release stored trauma that may manifest as digestive symptoms.
86. Trauma Healing and Functional Medicine Working Together for Real Change
Q: What is the core concept behind the subconscious and how does healing address it?
The subconscious drives 95% of thoughts and behaviors; healing must anchor subconscious change to practical actions in daily life, not just talk.
86. Trauma Healing and Functional Medicine Working Together for Real Change
Q: What was your first modality that you learned?
The first modality was Feta Healing, but over time she explored more holistic modalities and eventually blended them into Awakening the Seeds.
85. Cancer Shock: Why Doing Everything Right Can Still Make You Sick
Q: Do you think day-to-day changes are enough, or are bigger breakthroughs necessary?
Smaller, repeatable changes that dissolve protective identities are more reliable and replicable than chasing a single big release; consistent practice across time yields lasting transformation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Holistically Healthy

What is Holistically Healthy about and what kind of topics does it cover?

This show centers on healing chronic symptoms by addressing the nervous system, trauma patterns, and somatic work rather than chasing new protocols. Episodes weave personal healing journeys with practical nervous-system techniques, debunking the notion that symptoms are purely medical or diet-driven. Listeners can expect conversations with practitioners and patients who share tools for recognizing bodily safety, regulating stress responses, and reshaping long-held beliefs that keep illness stuck.
