  • Informative & healing

Sarah talks about how her co-regulating figures in her childhood were Mr. Rogers and Bob Ross. She is that for me! Sarah is a co-regulating person for me and has been for the last two years! I found Sarah from an episode she did with Mark Groves. I am so thankful for her podcast! Lots of valuable information and opportunity for healing. Thank you, Sarah!

  • Life changing!

One of my favorite points Sarah makes is the connection between the nervous system and manifestation - it’s a huge piece that’s missing from so many other voices out there! Sarah is also incredibly warm, compassionate and encouraging. (TV networks- Please give us Sarah as the adult version of Mr Roger’s!)

  • Sarah understands trauma like no other

I have listened to every one of these podcasts and I find them regulating and I learn new things and reinforce old learning with each one. I have also done some of Sarah’s amazing programs which have been life changing. In particular there is an adult in the room with me most of the time, which leaves my loving, playful and creative parts so much more free. As my friend said ‘ Sarah is a trauma genius’ I feel so lucky and grateful that Sarah and her team are doing this work.

  • Amazing messages!

I really love Sarah’s message and want to dive into every episode!! Unfortunately I have misophonia and really struggle with the pauses and lip pops (totally natural everyone does it) but so hard to listen through for me. Maybe the editing can be tweaked so others with this same issue could fully immerse in these messages

How to Attract and Create the Relationship of Your Dreams
Q: What if after healing, your partner is seeing you differently and you fear misinterpreting their behavior due to past wounds?
Communicate needs and parts clearly, advocate for your own parts while recognizing your partner's growth, and understand that healing in a relationship is ongoing and not about expecting perfection from either person.
How to Attract and Create the Relationship of Your Dreams
Q: How do you work with two different parts that are reacting from childhood trauma when entering a healthier relationship?
Identify the protective parts and the vulnerable parts, fall in love with the protective parts to soften their reactivity, and leverage decoupling to show your partner is safe; this process happens best in the context of a relationship.
How to Attract and Create the Relationship of Your Dreams
Q: Is co-regulation with others always necessary, or can self-regulation be fully sufficient for emotional balance in dating?
Co-regulation is a fundamental human need, but the goal is to cultivate as strong internal self-regulation as possible so that you can access it first, and then optionally lean on others as a resource when helpful.
Unexpected Ways Your Body Protects You: Holding Weight, Getting Sick, Chronic Pain, Infertility, and Insomnia
Q: What practical tools can help with sleep when a partner is sleeping beside you or the house is quiet?
Sleep improves when you regularly bring regulation into daytime life and create a wind-down routine that cues the body it's time to rest—dim lights, soft music, a brain-dump to unload worries, and gentle movement to discharge energy before lying down.
Unexpected Ways Your Body Protects You: Holding Weight, Getting Sick, Chronic Pain, Infertility, and Insomnia
Q: I have an autonomic nervous system disorder called dysautonomia and I can't lose weight despite a deficit; how do trauma and regulation fit into this?
Dysautonomia, like many so-called disorders, often reflects a history of trauma and ongoing dysregulation. The path forward is to regulate the nervous system, address protective parts, and gradually reframe past experiences so the body can move energy more freely; with consistent regulation, weight and other symptoms can shift as the system returns to a more balanced state.
