  • I’ve been needing this podcast for a long time

I discovered Sarah when she was a guest on another podcast. Since then, I’ve taken two of her classes and I’m an avid listener of this podcast. This knowledge of the human nervous system (which is scientific, so well-presented and makes so much sense) teaches you how to get out of the patterns that we constantly get stuck in as human beings. Like Sarah says, it truly is ‘a manual for the human experience’. Sarah... more
