I saw Danish’s videos on narcissism on YouTube in my desperate search for anything to validate what’s going on in the dynamics of my marriage. It’s really unfortunate that there are people who will go to great lengths to gaslight, dismiss, demean, abandon, diminish other people all to protect untruths. Thank you for putting this podcast out for all the survivors of narcissistic abuse.

Question for Danish: When you finally wake up and leave the narcissist, do they understand why? Do they truly believe they are the victim, or do they consciously know how abusive they have been? When I left, I never talked to him directly about his abusive behavior. Now I’m left wondering, “Does he consciously know he has been ‘caught’ so to speak?” I always wonder how consciously they act.
