Love this show!!!
Seems like a great premise for a show but I cannot listen to someone excessively use the word 'like' for an hour, as well as having to listen to most every sentence end in upspeak (sounding like you're asking a question).
A smart podcast that manages to bring humor and life to the hard topic of mental illness challenges. Appreciate their honesty and relatability in the interviews and conversations
I've listened to a couple episodes after a presentation by the host, Rebecca Lee Douglas. Just finished the Suicide one. Quality information here and presented in a caring way. :)
Being a mental health professional as well as someone who has a mental illness, I find this podcast really helpful. I especially liked the latest episode on suicide. I think it’s important for society to hear. There are too many misconceptions surrounding suicide and I feel this episode did a great job discussing the topic.
