    The Goop Podcast is a bit hit or miss, but when it lands, it really stays with you. I find myself coming back to it when I want to feel more connected to myself—not to optimize or fix my life, but to understand it a little more deeply. It blends conversations around health, relationships, and personal growth in a way that feels slower and more reflective than most podcasts.

  • Losing the plot…

    I used to love the Goop podcast and would listen weekly, almost religiously. However, with Gwyneth’s recent interviews with people like Huberman, who has a negative history with women, it just feels kind of... off.

    Additionally, the pro-Israel standpoint she’s taken on social media still sticks out in my head. I don’t know how you can claim to be empowering women while supporting a genocide.
