  • Wanted to love it.

I love the Netflix show and I really would have loved to enjoy the podcast. While their personalities are great, they literally talk about nothing.

  • Funny but full of themselves

I’ve really enjoyed the Foster’s podcast for the last several years, but lately all they do is talk about their famous friends and all the parties they go to. Sara’s act of making fun of Erin is getting tiring and erin is too busy for the pod with her Netflix show and other projects. When they used to have guests it was more interesting, I’m going to take a break from them.

  • Bring back the original podcast

This podcast used to be great. I get they are in a very different position now in terms of their power in the industry, but the conversations used to feel authentic and real. Now segments are often hidden ads or seemingly motivated by a deal they are going after for one of their companies or shows. They are clearly doing very well in life and they deserve success, but I don’t understand turning the podcast into a money grab devoid of substance. They are genuinely funny and great storytellers, bu... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Andrew Yang Wants to Give You Money Back
Q: What do you think is the long-term impact of AI on jobs in the next decade?
AI will disrupt many jobs, especially routine cognitive work; there will be a need to reinvent the economy to reward human activities, and policies like universal basic income could help smooth the transition.
The AI Conversation Everyone Should Be Having
Q: Can AI truly replace human relationships, and where do you see the line between useful AI and overreliance?
AI can augment relationships and productivity but cannot replicate lived human experiences and emotional resonance; overreliance risks isolation and malformed social skills unless we maintain real human interactions.
The AI Conversation Everyone Should Be Having
Q: What is AI, really, beyond the common perception of ChatGPT?
AI is machines trying to learn and act like humans, extending into many tools beyond chat like autonomous driving, image editing, and personalized assistants, which can both simplify tasks and raise ethical concerns.
What It’s Like Being Married to a Stranger (with Belle Burden)
Q: What was the most shocking reaction you faced after the divorce?
Public and private reactions ranged from judgment to sympathy, but a recurring shock was the speed and intensity of the social shaming she observed toward the woman in the story, rather than the man who left.
What It’s Like Being Married to a Stranger (with Belle Burden)
Q: How would you describe the balance you felt in your marriage before it ended?
She explains she often held the home and kids while her husband pursued his career, which felt balanced at times but increasingly skewed as his focus on work and finances grew more dominant.
