I felt like we were old friends, connected across time and generations. Our conversation had such depth and levity, with shared feelings on finding joy and experiencing rebirth while integrating with the natural flow of Grief and Loss. Thank you Irene, for this gift.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Healing Grief Through the Subconscious With Hypnotherapy
Q: Could you describe the role of guardian angels or spiritual guides in healing sessions?
Guides can appear as ancestors, deities, or symbolic forms, offering support and directing healing energy; in practice, calling them in helps focus the session and deepen the transformative experience.
Healing Grief Through the Subconscious With Hypnotherapy
Q: How does hypnotherapy specifically aid someone who is grieving, compared to traditional therapy?
Hypnotherapy accesses the subconscious where suppressed emotions reside, allowing people to experience, release, and reframe pain in a guided, meditative state, which can accelerate healing and end repeating cycles of distress.
Healing Grief Through the Subconscious With Hypnotherapy
Q: What sparked your lifelong interest in spirituality after a background in geology?
A series of awakening experiences, Kundalini-type events, and exposure to hypnotherapy opened me to non-physical energy and a deep belief that spiritual practice could harmonize science and spirit.
When Grief Hijacks the Nervous System
Q: So how is this Anchor Resilience program different from therapy, and why can it save years of traditional mental health treatment?
Stacey explains that while therapy often looks backward, coaching focuses on the present moment with practical, somatic and cognitive strategies that clients can apply immediately, leading to quicker, tangible changes and ongoing skills beyond therapy.
Communicating with Angels, Arcturians, and the Pleiadians: Healing Beyond This World
Q: How do you help people to know what their soul gifts are?
I often receive that information through these teams of light with the Fairy Queen Council, more often than not, the Arcturians, Quan Yin, Mary Magdalene.
