I love listening to Anne and Maria’s podcast. It is honest, sensitive, thoughtful, and real. It has given me much to think about regarding death and dying and the grief process- which is, of course, different for everyone. This podcast is just as it suggests: a coffee with your best friends who understand grief. They won’t try and fix anything or change anything - they simply have created a safe space for all the feelings and complications that come with grief. And yet this podcast feels like it is changing something because it makes you feel understood. A beautiful mother-daughter duo who will feel like family after one listen. Subscribe to this one if you want to feel supported in your grief.
Grief and loss are a natural part of our lives. Impermanence and uncertainty are something that I came to know early in my life after the loss of my father of my father when I was 11 and my brother just 6. My mother did her best to take care of us but those were really hard and difficult years. I know that listening to this podcast would have helped me at that time.
So I am really glad that you are bringing this topic to light!
Incredible podcast, so relatable. Grief is a part of life and I love how this podcast normalizes the feelings around grief. It’s normal, and we are not alone 💜
