  • Coffee Grief and Gratitude

I love listening to Anne and Maria’s podcast. It is honest, sensitive, thoughtful, and real. It has given me much to think about regarding death and dying and the grief process- which is, of course, different for everyone. Anne and Maria share deeply from the heart and bring guests who have interesting life experiences. Although the topic is not, on the surface, uplifting, it is an important one to talk about and reconcile. In my most difficult moments contemplating what might be, i find comfort... more

  • It’s a warm hug!

This podcast is just as it suggests: a coffee with your best friends who understand grief. They won’t try and fix anything or change anything - they simply have created a safe space for all the feelings and complications that come with grief. And yet this podcast feels like it is changing something because it makes you feel understood. A beautiful mother-daughter duo who will feel like family after one listen. Subscribe to this one if you want to feel supported in your grief.

  • Love that this podcast is focusing on a topic that most people don’t want to talk about

Grief and loss are a natural part of our lives. Impermanence and uncertainty are something that I came to know early in my life after the loss of my father of my father when I was 11 and my brother just 6. My mother did her best to take care of us but those were really hard and difficult years. I know that listening to this podcast would have helped me at that time.

So I am really glad that you are bringing this topic to light!
