Wow! Unbelievable! Great listen, great topics and great personality!!
I finally had a chance to tune in and I was instantly drawn into the conversation! Shannon is so relatable and, might I add, hilarious! Her personal stories and reflections make you feel like you’re chatting with your girlfriends... Shannon creates a a feeling of normalcy in our shared challenges mixed with a sense of lightness and inspiration!
Love listening and feeling connected! Much of the conversation opens your mind and allows you to relate or open up your own internal dialogue...will definitely be a long time listener!
Love an interesting podcast with valuable lessons to be learned! I can’t wait to hear the episodes to come!
Thank you for being raw, real, detailed and educational. Your podcast helped me understand my own fears, accept my personal anxiety triggers and allow me to accept that asking for help is not a negative. We should never feel like a burden, we are humans. And having people to lean on is a blessing.
Thank you for being brave and sharing your story.
So insightful, so honest. Really enjoyed listening and learning from you. It takes a brave person like yourself to open up. Can’t wait for more episodes!!
Always inspiring to listen to and I appreciate how open and honest she is. One of my favourite podcasts to listen to!
