On busy mornings I listen to the monthly mini meditations. I particularly like this month’s Mini with the alternate nostril breathing. Thank you, Kelly. Starting my mornings with your meditations makes a positive difference in my day.
I love this podcast for my drives to and from work, walking my dog, making dinner and just generally enjoying it while doing anything or nothing at all. Kelly’s voice is so nice to listen to, I’m obsessed. Someone’s voice is often why I chose to listen to a show. I personally love the free form episodes but still often use the meditations for sleep, calmness and anxiety. Thanks for being here and creating this space for us! 🩵

I just discovered this podcast and was excited to learn about meditation and activation. When you began talking about “walking through Target activating,” you lost me as a listener. While you are undoubtedly a popular and respected podcaster,
given the genre of holistic well-being, please don’t be tone-death about what is going on in this country and how Target has caved and tried to turn the dial back on all of the progress that’s been made on loving one another.
