This is truly the best meditation podcast! I love how many different options there are, and that they are on the shorter side so they’re easy to incorporate into your day. I have been loving the morning blessing one and find myself coming back to it multiple times a week. I look forward to the new episodes that come out each week and am excited to continue to grow my meditation practice :)
I have tried other guided meditations but struggle as they always seem to leave long silences or are too dull. Mindful in Minutes is the exact right blend of imagery, music and guidance to help me release and relax. It’s become part of my daily routine and I’d be lost without it.
