I’m new to meditation and I love this podcast. I started out mostly listening to the free form episodes on walks and I love the range of topics. I took Kelly’s find your meditation style quiz and found out I’m a Mindful Morning meditator. I typically start my mornings turning on the news first thing which lately causes me increased stress and anxiety.
