    This has been my absolute favourite meditation podcast! It can be hard to find the right meditation practice/audio that you want to come back to, but Kelly has such a gift at guiding you through her practices! I especially love the Mini Yoga Nidra episode for when I need a midday rest/reset as a stay at home mama, I do it almost daily! I also share this podcast with so many friends and family!
