Just did the 5 minute meditation and was very hard to “clear my mind” with her hopping in every 2 seconds to say something. I don’t need 4 examples of what I might be letting go of. Just 1 will work, then actually some silence to let my thoughts roam and come to me so I can let them go. Otherwise lovely. Thanks.
