今回は「なぜ同じ食事法でこんなに差が出るのか」を、前回までの“レシピ”のたとえで整理しました。

遠足の前、旅行の前、楽しみな予定の前に、なぜか早く目が覚めてしまうことはありませんか。
今回は、そんな「ワクワクして眠れない」「目覚ましより先に起きてしまう」現象をきっかけに、睡眠中の脳と体で何が起きているのかを話しています。

今回は、うちの相方の血液検査で見えた、鉄不足とフェリチンについて話しました。
朝がかなり弱い。
コーヒーで無理やり起きる。
少し動くとすぐバテる。
生理の時期は、2、3日ふらふらで動けなくなる。
日常を見ていて「鉄は足りていないだろうな」と思っていたのですが、実際に数字で見ると、想像以上でした。
