As a new Forest Therapy Guide it is great for me to have found this podcast! They share not only their knowledge, wisdom, and experience but they also wrap that all up with laughter. It feels like they’re sitting around a kitchen table chatting and it’s wonderful and easy to listen to. Thank you for sharing the insights.
