  • The fishy fundamentals

Re this particular episode, Chef Cindy, you recommend “rare pumpkin” swordfish.” Extremely rare you say but worth it if you can get it. Certainly gives the impression you don't care about sustainability.

  • Terrific food show from Baltimore!!!

Wow this show is great. A must for food lovers, cooks, or gardeners. I love how they explore seasonal foods, flavors and what to do with them. For example, the episode on strawberries and whiskey teaches you about each but helps you take something you love already and make it terrific. Wolf and Foreman are great together. Fabulous show!
