Constant interruptions from the hosts. Guests can barely get to the end of their sentence most of the time. Cant bear to listen anymore, even good guests aren’t worth the pain of Lennie and Jessie fighting for attention.
I really liked this podcast at the very beginning. Jessie and Lennie seemed relaxed and their inexperience seemed endearing. However it became clear it wasn’t inexperience they are just rude, self indulgent talking over guests and u comfortable to listen to. I had to stop listening as it was not good for my mood
This is fine but it’s more ads than content at this stage. Which has the opposite impact from the intention - I will skip the adverts when they take up 3 mins. I might listen to them if they’re 30 seconds…
I love listening to Jessie and Lennie hanging out with their guests. They are so unpretentious, and their light-hearted banter brings joy and levity in an otherwise all-too-serious world. With everything that’s going on these days, listening to this podcast allows me to just rest. Thank you, Jessie and Lennie.
Lennie can’t stop herself interrupting guests. Infuriating to listen to and seems to be getting worse.
