My God. Completely misinformed about HRT. Their 2016 episode cites conclusions from the WHI in 2002 and say the reason they're referring to 10 year old info is this is "how long we've known how bad it is." No, it's how outdated thair info is. WHI study was debunked. Find updated accurate HRT info. It's not here. Also, hot flashes are not "a sign of health" or the body "burning off eggs". They're almost exclusively a Western problem and indicate increased CVD risk.
