This guy sounds very “my way or the highway” which isn’t very helpful if you’re dealing with complex issues. I get the feeling he’s going for tough love, but it’s also not supportive for all kinds of situations and if you’re struggling. There’s better content from more qualified people out there.
Tried listening to the episode on cptsd and lack of motivation and the guy just talks without giving anything useful. Also getting narcissist vibes from him ironically

Wow. There are many other podcasts on the subject that have been much more helpful. Something seems very wrong with this man.
This person has not bothered to educate himself on Borderline Personality Disorder, therefore it is hard to take anything he says seriously. BTW, narcissists do apologize if it serves them, particularly coverts, unlike what this so called life coach says. They also have cognitive empathy which is why they understand how to manipulate others, though they lack emotional empathy.
