  • Little substance

Was very excited for this pod based on the title, episode subjects and guest speakers. I’ve listened to a handful of episodes now and am very disappointed. There is little to no substance here. She talks for nearly an hour each episode about very promising topics at a very superficial level, but never actually delves into anything of substance. very disappointed. Delete.

This podcast is perfect in every way. The positivity and deep inner thoughts it generates is exactly what I needed. I love how real it is. It validates all the feelings that we have all felt and helps us process them on our own in our own way. Great work Jen!
