This podcast is one of the most uplifting ones that I listen to! Mark has great perspectives and his podcasts and videos have helped me with my anxiety, which I’ve suffered from for a long time. It’s one of my favorite things to listen to while I’m out walking in my neighborhood. Mark definitely says things that I relate to and has been through a lot of things that I’ve been through in life. Keep up the great work and I’m excited for more!
