  • A wise, fun friend that shows you what is possible.

I have never considered myself good with time. That is probably why I have a lot of rules for myself around how I manage time. Hack Your Time podcast has taught me how to relax my rules and look at time in a way that creates a more enjoyable life. Vikki is like a wise friend who shows you what is possible without requiring you to do a lot of stuff. I have grown, laughed, and enjoyed this podcast.

This was amazing. Enjoyed the episode about dirty rest. What you said about watching tv and scrolling though phone at the same time - convincing myself I’m resting. It’s true ! more

  • Applicable Time Management Tips

Vikki teaches you how to use the time you have to do what you want to do. You don’t need time blocking, calendaring, to-do lists, or more organization to take action now, and also bring more rest into your days. A must listen for anyone who identifies as crazy busy, overworked, or overwhelmed, especially if you work while also balancing a family.

  • So much learning and unlearning to do!!

This is a podcast I listen to in the car on my way to pick up kids and gives me actionable tools to implement (and share with my husband/others). I truly feel her advice is embedded on science, research, and personal stories - all making up an authentic teacher I want to continue listening to!
