跑鞋，运动衣，头巾等等，这些装备是随着爱好的深入慢慢走入专业的跑者必要的条件，装备随着跑步的公里数也是有固定时效的，因此每个装备都有着固定的更换周期。这些装备的功能不仅于此，还是跑者的“战衣”，穿上它们更是一种仪式感，为助跑涌上汩汩动力。
他们在早上四五点就起床，跑到六点钟开始了一天的生活与工作，所以在晚上十点前他们就进入睡眠，如此形成正循环。跑步非但没有占用工作时间，反而让生活更合理更高效。点赞！
