Q: If you had a dream tonight and you met the 18-year-old version of you, would that younger self believe your life turned out this way?
He thinks the younger version would be surprised by the path and the bumps, but would recognize that it eventually became okay and that the journey was worth it, encouraging him to buckle up and trust the process.

Q: What is the energy for you to do this diversified, professional life that you have, between all these creative pursuits, real estate, family, and your soul, when you wake up in the morning?
The driving force is the attraction of perpetual challenges and the excitement of new projects. He talks about juggling multiple collaborations around the world, staying motivated by the variety, and starting each day with reading to fuel momentum.
Ben Barbic Interview | Rise & Climb Author, Musician & Producer on Recovery, Creativity & Resilience
Q: So let me ask you this. Six years ago, this pandemic was a fork in the road and changed our lives. How did you get through that era and how has it affected the way that you do things today?
He describes COVID as a blessing that allowed him to hyper-focus on music, lock in on core priorities, and deepen his craft while maintaining family and real estate duties. It shifted his direction toward writing and producing more content, and it reinforced the importance of disciplined practice and focus.
Lolita Guarin Interview | The CALM Process, Stress Management & Overcoming Burnout
Q: How did the COVID-19 pandemic influence your work and approach to stress management today?
It accelerated her realization that workplaces must prioritize mental health, and it reinforced the need for scalable, practical tools that people can apply in real time to manage stress and prevent burnout.
Byron Athene Interview | Find Your Path to Resilience | Emotional Strength, Mindset & Mental Wellness
Q: So how did you come up with this equation?
The idea grew after exploring an initial happiness-related algorithm and then integrating insights from Internal Family Systems. By identifying four parts that aren't fully captured in trauma models, I built an equation that shows how these parts interact to produce our emotional output, making the process easier for clients to understand and apply.
