A reliably good podcast; I have just listened to the prison ramen episode, which I can recommend.
I have been looking forward to listening to each week’s Sporkful for years. When I reflect on what makes this podcast so enjoyable for me, I keep coming back to Dan Pashman’s uncanny ability to give an amazing interview. Dan asks insightful and thoughtful questions. He interjects the perfect amount of his own experiences. He sounds like he loves a good and genuine laugh but certainly does not shy away from important and hard discussions. What a pro! Keep up the amazing conversations!
I have listened for 6 years, and am unfollowing now. In hosting Judy Gold, you are platforming a person who is pro-genocide and thinks her marginalized identity as an LGBTQ+ person is a permission slip to tear down other oppressed groups.
Made Me Cry. What a horrible culture she lived above.
