  • Wow

Well this episode really was a shocker. I love salt and salty dishes, so a low sodium diet would be a real issue for me. I could give up sweet no problem but not my salt. Glad to hear she is doing well now. Noah

  • Fun episodes

I really enjoyed the episode with Alan Alda. The things I don’t like is Dan has a tendency to virtue signal and pat himself on his back. I would like to hear more pure stories about food and less about politics. Overall it’s a good show with some terrific concepts.

The Seafood Proxy Battle Between China And Japan
Q: Can you talk a little bit so I can get a little more context on the market dynamics you observed in Japan and China?

Live: Kenji López-Alt No Longer Calls His Recipes “The Best” (Reheat)
Q: What sparked the shift from chasing the 'best' to a more nuanced, adaptable approach to recipes?
