  • Wow

Well this episode really was a shocker. I love salt and salty dishes, so a low sodium diet would be a real issue for me. I could give up sweet no problem but not my salt. Glad to hear she is doing well now. Noah

  • Fun episodes

I really enjoyed the episode with Alan Alda. The things I don’t like is Dan has a tendency to virtue signal and pat himself on his back. I would like to hear more pure stories about food and less about politics. Overall it’s a good show with some terrific concepts.
