    It is a struggle to commit to fitness and I love her tips to increased self care. I really loved her episode on meditation. It was a good reminder to stop and take a minute to calm and quiet the mind. She put it in a very simple way. It is amazing how we can complicate the simple things in life.     Just listened to episode 23 and found it a wealth of practical wise advice. Definitely agree that calorie counting by itself isn’t the key and shouldn’t be the sole focus and goal.
