It starts out strong but fizzles out into the kind of lazy thinking it purports to critique. A missed opportunity, really.
The production value and writing are great, but — for me — ultimately disappointing. I had high hopes at the beginning.
Was so excited by the concept, then quickly realised how cheesy it was with the overproduction and eerie music. Had to stop listening at episode 6. Spoon feeds the audience. Really disappointing that it doesn’t explore reincarnation seriously and respectfully. Definitely doesn’t help give credibility to psi phenomenon/science. Bad job

first pod cast i am listening on this app and it is really great !
One of my favourite podcasts of the year! This would have been a great documentary, recommended listen to anyone looking for a spooky story.
I found the podcast excellently produced and very entertaining. It was a wonderful way to pass the time driving home from our last road trip and produced some interesting conversations with the family.
Wouldn’t bother, builds to nothing on a mildly interesting story. Drawn out and contains little to no facts all hearsay.

I find the topic itself fascinating, but the podcast, for me, left much to be desired. Mildly entertaining, but overly dramatized quite speculative.
Will Sharpe’s voice is engaging and hypnotic. The story flows very naturally. Loved it.
Amazing production. Really interesting story. I have no faith at all, but this made me really second guess. Can’t recommend more highly.
This was so well done. I’ve been a captive listener for the past 2 days and have been thoroughly entertained. The background music was perfect and helpfuled drive the story line. This was a real treat!
Listening to the podcast it was an interesting story, but the amount of time spent on hypotheticals was a waste of time. It was also a boring narrative to pretend that (us) the audience were naive enough to believe the dad wasn’t a manipulator, the writer (Stevenson) was credible, and that there wasn’t going to be holes in this story. I was disappointed. It wasn’t a bad listen if you’re just zoning out to a podcast. Not an engaging listen though.
Great story, but I don’t prefer all the dramatics and sound effects. It’s off putting for me. I nearly stopped listening in episode two with all the paper shuffling. I just really hate the seemingly forced ASMR.
