Excellent pod cast. I have been practicing Physiatry for over 30 years and greatly enjoy your podcasts. I do have one comment. I agree tue majority of patients do not need surgery but. Am interested in your perspective e on lumbar stenosis with neurogenic claudication ( another area where imaging and symptoms are hard to correlate) and herniated discs with radiculopathy. Do you have work I can look up in these topics.

As someone who is currently working through my own recovery from persistent pain I cannot recommend this podcast highly enough! Not only is the information evidence based but it is delivered in an accessible and relevant way. I keep coming back to listen to episodes repeatedly as I progress on my learning journey and building confidence in my body and my own positive outcomes again. I only wish there were more episodes!!
