    Out of every book, website, or podcast I have found, I have never felt more understood or more helped with my issues living with chronic illness then than this podcast. Kerry is never judgment as she deals with chronic illness as well, but also she keeps a positive spirit when discussing all the negative effects of chronic illness while teaching people with chronic illness how to deal with those effects.
