I discovered the Embrace Fertility recently and cannot overstate how much it is helping me. I have been working my way through the archives over the past few weeks, and really feel like my mindset is shifting for the better since I started listening. One of my favourite episodes is “Transforming Worry into Hope” which I listened to 3-4 times over when I was struggling in my last TWW!
