This podcast is fun, easy to listen to and useful. A great combination.
Roland and Galina are great at breaking healthy habits into easy and simple steps that we can do in our every day life. Their teaching style is fun and easy to listen too. Just positive ideas based on science but with no guilt. I can also tell you personally that they are great people with a real heart for helping people get a little healthier every day. I highly recommend this podcast and their books as well.
